Hello all and welcome.
Today is the day that I start my journal. This journal is a form of therapy for me and a way to deal with my day to day anxiety and panic. Sometimes I just need to talk and find it hard to do so. I don't really like talking to strangers and therapy wasn't working out. I had recently read about writing down the things that are bothering you and then burning them. I decided instead to do this.
I hope that maybe somewhere out there, someone may find something useful in what I am saying or doing.
